I did like it a lot indeed

I am still using: being empathic to the audience, writing you last slide first, primacy and recency effect (quite familiar to me, a trick used when playing music in public)

I remember the hook: leave it hanging!  

Finally, at the course I did not understand framing at all. After thinking about it for a while, now I fully get it (I believe)

"Russell Bekins taught a course in public speaking for myself and the all of the top executives of Magneti Marelli here at our plant in Bologna. The course consisted of interactive exercises in storytelling, persuasion and various physical exercises whose scope was relaxation of the vocal mechanism. Mr. Bekins is a great speaker and his classes are very hands-on; we were always working on material that was of direct interest to us, and those theories that were introduced found practical application immediately. These techniques were of use to me and my colleagues, and Mr. Bekins was invited back to teach again in several different departments including logistics and sales. I asked him to do some personal consulting for me and make sure he was hired to do the same courses at Coesia when I was hired on as purchasing director there."
